Why mutants

  • Variety

Each family gives you a different plant: the pinnate leaf of Freakshow, the small foliage of ABC, the fused lobes of Duck, the multi-leaf SWAG, each with its own canopy and pattern. You can grow something new every season. For those who are tired of growing the classics.

  • For collectors

Mutants are collected by mutation type and by the generations of a single line, from the first hybrids to stable selections. My lines come with a pedigree and the full selection history in the reports: you can see which plants each generation came from.

  • Ornamental growing

A mutant can be grown for its looks: the lacy canopy and unusual leaf texture look like a rare ornamental plant, indoors or in the garden where cultivation is legal. The plant is interesting from its first true leaves to harvest.

  • For breeders

My lines are open under OSSI principles: you can build your own strains on them, and the full selection is in the reports. Cross mutations with each other and with your favourite strains, develop your own direction and add new lines to the mutant gene pool.

  • Autoflowering and fast flowering

The mutant leaf is in the Lowryder-based A plant that starts flowering independently of the length of the day. autoflowers ↗ Freaky Ryder and Bastard Ryder and in their Fast crosses. Autoflowers start flowering on their own, without a change in day length, and the fast versions finish earlier than Regular seeds can produce both male and female plants. regular ↗ In photoperiod plants, the change to flowering depends on the length of the day. photoperiod ↗ strains. That is why these lines make it in places where summer is short and autumn comes early.

  • Low-key look

Without the familiar palmate leaf, the plant is not recognisable as cannabis from a distance. For those who value privacy and don't want questions from neighbours and guests.
