Description and facts

• Mentha de Croco is a TerpyZ Mutant Genetics line from Mentholskunk V2 Fern-type crossed with a male Croco plant, offered as regular seeds. According to the breeder, a single population can have fern-type leaves, Croco leaves with fingered and webbed leaflets and a textured surface, duckfoot-shaped Croco Ducks leaves, deeply cut leaves and normal leaves.

History

According to TerpyZ, Mentha de Croco F1 came from Mentholskunk V2 Fern-type (Cannabis Research Company) crossed with a male Croco plant selected in the second generation. On 16 August 2023, TerpyZ posted Menta de Croco (Mentholskunk x Croco) in its third week of growth on X. The product page for the Croco version appeared on 3 September 2023; TerpyZ lists its parents as the F1 Butterfly phenotype and F2 male plants with the original Croco morphology. TerpyZ describes dividing the first generation into V1 with normal, deeply cut leaves and V2 with fern-type leaves, then selling their reciprocal crosses as Mentha de Croco Leaf Medley.
