Funk Freak Star is a TerpyZ Mutant Genetics line offered as regular seeds, from FS NL ABC F3 crossed with a male Mentha de Croco F3 Fusion Raptor plant. According to the breeder, about 45% of plants have fern-type leaves, while the rest range from deeply cut to feathery; plants are tall with an open structure.

History
According to TerpyZ, the mother line FS NL ABC F3 (Freakshow x ABC Site 4) was selected for lemony Runtz flavour with cheese undertones and a sativa-leaning structure. The male Fusion Raptor plant comes from Mentha de Croco and has fused leaflets. The Funk Freak Star product page was published on 11 March 2025. In March 2025, its seeds were mentioned on grower.ch as a test-grow choice.
