On 1 March 2022, a Reddit post described MAC1 as Capulator’s clone and a naturally sterile triploid. On 4 March 2022, another post called Capulator’s MAC1 and Humboldt Seed Co’s Hades OG natural triploids. The paper by Philbrook et al. in Plants was published on 22 November 2023.
